Hi Rad,

I want to clarify my understanding of this.
Neptune is the higher octave of Venus. Venus corresponds to the heart chakra. My intuition is that this does not mean that Neptune correlates to the heart chakra itself, but rather that the heart chakra and the crown have some sort of octave resonance to one another which is the manifestation of Source unity consciousness through the more dense, interpersonal feeling center of the heart. Thank you,
Ari Moshe

Hi Ari,

Yes. A simple example: Neptune would correlate to unconditional love, whereas Venus would or can correlate to conditional love and the reasons for that conditional love.

Thank you Rad.
I see a similar connection between the root chakra as it relates to Pluto and the third chakra as it relates to Mars and Pluto. That relationship is pretty clear as it relates to the translation of Soul desire to conscious desire.

I would like to check what I understand about the connection between Mercury and Uranus, the throat and root chakra:
Within consciousness, Mercury correlates to the faculty of perception, how an individual soul will perceive and organize phenomenal reality. Uranus correlates to the faculty of higher thought which symbolizes a liberatiion from the total conditioning of the past; thus perceiving in a clear way. This clear sight has the effect of igniting the movement of kundalini (Pluto Uranus relationship).

For most souls, perception (Mercury) is limited by conditioning (Mercury relative to Saturn). However, when perception is deconditioned (Mercury relative to Uranus), meaning the mind is now free, the kundalini process begins.

So we can say that Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury in that when the perceptions of the mind are not conditioned by the past, the kundalini process is ignited (Root chakra through Uranus as the higher octave of the throat chakra).

Hi Ari,

The phenomena of perception correlates with Scorpio, Pluto, and the 8th House. The Soul perceives the nature of phenomenal reality and then begins to give names and classifications to the nature of that phenomenal reality. Phenomenal reality is Jupiter which co-rules the sacral chakra with Neptune. The interpretation, Jupiter. of that phenomenal reality, Jupiter that is perceived by the Soul, Pluto, is thus given order by way of organized linear thought that connects all the different shapes, forms, and the totality of the manifested Creation into a logical system of thought that is interconnected so as to make the Soul feel secure. Mercury is the natural polarity of Jupiter wherein lies the logical ordering of thoughts that correlate with the perception upon the nature of phenomenal reality.

This then becomes the basis of all kinds of ways to organize phenomenal reality relative to the interpretation of what the phenomenal reality means. Thus the basis of that which is inherently true, Jupiter co-ruling with Neptune  relative to the sacral chakra, and that which is not: delusive in nature. The Soul is given the God created right to perceive the nature of the phenomenal reality in any way that is so desires which includes knowing the truth, Jupiter/Neptune, of the manifested Creation.

With Uranus co-ruling the root chakra with Pluto, at it's core, then Uranus, then Saturn on the outer layer, the Soul through evolutionary necessity will liberate, Uranus, from any perception of reality, the manifested Creation, that is not intrinsically rooted in the actual truth of that manifested Creation.

Desires, Pluto, are of course the determinant through which the Soul chooses how to perceive the nature of anything, including the nature of the phenomenal manifested Creation. This includes the truth of one's own being, the truth of one's own Soul, at any moment in time. Mercury symbolizes and correlates to nature of the conscious thoughts that the Soul has, and why. It correlates to how the Soul is 'thinking' about anything, and why. It correlates to how the Soul is mentally organizing the nature of it's own phenomenal reality in any given life relative to it's own unique, individual, evolutionary journey through time: Pluto combined with Saturn.

Thus, as the Soul desires to 'liberate', Uranus, from all temporal and finite forms of understanding itself, and the nature of the manifested Creation, this liberation will lead to that which is timeless, that which is the inherent truth of the manifested Creation set in motion by the Creator. In turn, this will correlate to the Soul's desire to understand it's own inherent nature as Created by it's Creator. As this liberation unfolds, evolves, the Soul will now shift it's center of gravity, Saturn, from the ego, Moon, it creates in each life, to the Soul itself. In so doing the Soul then realizes it's individual Creation within the totality of all that has been Created: it has realized it's timeless self that is not conditioned, Saturn, by anything other that the inherent truth of the phenomenal Creation, and the inherent truth of it's own unique Soul.

This progressive evolution is thus manifested through Mercury by way of the thoughts that exist within the consciousness of the Soul, and how those thoughts are related or communicated to anyone. Thus, it is the evolution taking place within the root chakra that it then reflected in the orientation of all the other chakras including the throat chakra: Mercury and Jupiter.

Thank you so much this explanation Rad. I would like to check my understanding.

QuoteThe phenomena of perception correlates with Scorpio, Pluto, and the 8th House. The Soul perceives the nature of phenomenal reality and then begins to give names and classifications to the nature of that phenomenal reality.

Perceiving the inherent truth of anything would be Pluto. Perception is different than interpretation. Interpretation will occur relative to the nature of perception of the soul. IE, the soul will interpret reality according to the nature of its desires: Jupiter through the bottom line, Pluto. Mercury then translates the interpretation of phenomenal reality in a way that produces mental continuity and clarity. It is even more of a dense and differentiated function than Jupiter.

QuotePhenomenal reality is Jupiter which co-rules the sacral chakra with Neptune.

So is it accurate to say that both Jupiter and Neptune correlate to phenomenal reality, with Neptune also correlating to that which is not contained within phenomenal reality; that which is unmanifest and thus cannot be understood?

QuoteThus, as the Soul desires to 'liberate', Uranus, from all temporal and finite forms of understanding itself, and the nature of the manifested Creation, this liberation will lead to that which is timeless, that which is the inherent truth of the manifested Creation set in motion by the Creator. So I'm gaining a deeper understanding of Mercury through this. The way we are able to talk about and relate the nature of phenomenal reality is at the core based upon the nature of how the soul will perceive phenomenal reality... perception itself being determined by the nature of the soul's desire. So the 5th chakra, as it relates to the Mercury function, will express the level of evolution of the soul by way of how the soul will communicate, piece together and relate its understanding of phenomenal reality.

Final question - you seemed to imply above that Mercury and Jupiter relates to the throat chakra (the last part of the above quote) is this because Mercury is the linear expression and articulation of the natural laws that can be known by the soul (Jupiter)?

The inherent function of Mercury is not more dense or differentiated than any other archetypal of any of the planets.

And you once wrote to Gonzalo:
QuotePisces does correlate with the totality of Creation that includes the manifested = known, and the unmanifested = unknown. Sagittarius correlates with the natural laws within the manifested Creation that can be understood by the Soul in human form as well of knowing what can not be known: the unmanifested.

So is it accurate to say that both Jupiter and Neptune correlate to phenomenal reality, with Neptune also correlating to that which is not contained within phenomenal reality; that which is unmanifest and thus cannot be understood?
