primary lives question

Hi Rad,

I apologize if this has already been asked. I sense this may be a common questions.

In regards to primary lives, is it possible to have more than 1 primary life that correlates to a particular phase. For example if Mars is in a disseminating square with Pluto with a 10 degree orb - that indicates a primary life, and yet is it possible to have another or multiple lives with that same phase being operative, perhaps with just a tighter orb? My intuition is yes since, via free will, the ea requirements of that disseminating square wont necessarily be fulfilled by that soul - which would then necessitate the need to continue in the next life with perhaps stronger conditions to enforce the ea requirements. Is that a correct understanding?
