Hi everyone !

I am glad to tell I have already relocated and am now starting a new stage with my family in the city of viña del mar, ie. 2,000 kilometers souther and 2,500 meters lower, now at the seaside  ... still  trying to make some (moderate) order in our new home and also looking forward as to how to proceed with new projects and tasks as have been talked about here ... I am very happy for all of this ...
